Vital Play Works is dedicated to helping organizations cultivate a culture in which every person reaches their full potential, especially in the challenging new context of remote and hybrid work environments. Online tools give us effective ways to collaborate over distance, but they leave out key aspects of human interaction that are essential for building empathy and trust. Drawing on decades of professional work across a range of disciplines, founders Peter Sweet and David Poznic have created a new system to address the unique challenges facing leaders and teams in the current context
In Vital Play Works Collaborative Leadership trainings, we use a series of interactive, movement-based exercises to enable people to recognize their individual patterns when working in a group. Vital Play does for workplace training what the flight simulator does for aviation: it gives people a way to try, fail and learn how to fly, without crashing in real life. By experiencing their habits in a playful setting, participants are empowered to step beyond their comfort zones and to explore new ways of responding.

Our in person events emphasise non-verbal interaction in order to intensify precisely the type of contact that is hardest to transmit online. Participants learn practical tools for establishing trust quickly during face to face connections, providing a crucial foundation for remote work. The stronger this foundation, the more people feel confident expressing themselves and investing in their work, as well as in the relationships that support it.
