In Vital Play Works Collaborative Leadership trainings, we use a series of interactive, movement-based exercises to enable people to recognize their individual patterns when working in a group. Vital Play does for workplace training what the flight simulator does for aviation: it gives people a way to try, fail and learn how to fly, without crashing in real life. By experiencing their habits in a playful setting, participants are empowered to step beyond their comfort zones and to explore new ways of responding.
